Brian is a Distinguished Engineer with over thirty years experience as an I/T Specialist. Brian works directly with clients WW in solving storage related challenges.
Brian has extensive understanding of storage related industry trends and emerging technologies. He currently provides Storage Hardware and Software technical sales and support as part of the Advanced Technical Support (ATS) organization. Brian also develops and provides World Wide technical education on new Storage Hardware and Software product launches and provides new function priorities to several Storage Product Development Teams.
Brian authors several storage white papers, is a regular contributor to IBM Redbooks, coach and mentor technical resources and is a member of IBM's Certification and DE boards. Brian was the first Storage Distinguished Engineer in Sales and Distribution WW.
